How our step by step process works for Roofing Jobs:
If you roof shows signs of wind and or hail damage, we will aid you in contacting your insurance claims office to obtain a temporary claim number - this does not commit you to roof repair!
Your insurance company will send a claim adjuster to inspect your roof for wind and or hail damage.
A specialist from R2S by Bell will meet with the insurance adjuster to verify the roof damage.
When your insurance claim has been approved by the adjuster, they will supply you with an itemized list for replacement of the roof. This itemized list will have an estimated replacement cost. The adjuster will supply you with a check for your roof replacement that will cover the material costs, etc. for your roof replacement.
R2S by Bell will then contract with you for replacement of your roof for insurance proceeds. When the project is completed, final payment is due to R2S by Bell.
R2S by Bell will submit a final invoice or Letter of Completion to your insurance company, and they will send you a final paycheck that will cover the remaining cost of the re-roofing project.
